Placenta Basic Questions & Answers

It's an amazing organ that your body creates to nourish your baby during pregnancy.  It has huge responsibilities and works hard, carefully selecting all the things your baby needs to grow while in the womb.  It continues working at supplying oxygen and nutrients, keeping your baby alive, until after they are both born, when it completes its work with Baby and is ready to nourish the Mother back to health.

Placenta Extra Questions & Answers
